UNLIKELY DESIGNS

After the runaway success of our past beers featuring the Hopsteiner crew's experimental varietals, we teamed up with them for a special showcase of some of the newest hops coming out of Yakima. Exp17701 and Ex17704 are about as cutting edge as you can get when it comes to agricultural early adoption, and we're honored to have the opportunity to create the blueprint for their feature. Fruit notes abound, including peach, yuzu fruit, sweet melon, passion fruit, papaya, and black currant. An exercise in creativity on the collaboration side that further flexes our recipe Design muscles in Unlikely new ways.
